We LIVE for music festivals & concerts. We LIVE to help event organisers sell more tickets. If you love music/events, are driven, entrepreneurial and want to build a career in sales, we need you!!

 

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to help us bring in new business at Audience Republic.

 

About Audience Republic

  • We are a software platform that helps live events (music festivals & concerts) sell more tickets, through increasing word-of-mouth, collecting data & providing audience intelligence.

  • Fast growth tech start up, raised $2M from investors who are ex Spotify, Apple, AdRoll, Atlassian, SafetyCulture

  • Founded in 2015, currently 7 people (soon to be 10)

  • Located in Darlinghurst (close to Hyde Park) with a brand new office with a rooftop, gym, free yoga, meditation room onsite gym (with showers & towel service) and cafe

  • We are a global business, and have customers in North America, Europe, UK, Asia, Australia and New Zealand

  • Our customers include events featuring artists like Justin Bieber, James Blake, LCD Soundsystem, Chance the Rapper, Tiesto, Bookashade, Broods, Sticky Fingers, Deadmau5, Carl Cox and Fatboy Slim

What Will You Do?

  • Work with a team of incredibly smart and AMBITIOUS people

  • Be responsible for driving new business and meeting monthly revenue quotas

  • Identify prospects & build relationships with major event organisers (we are about helping and adding value, and NEVER hard sell)

  • Close deals in the short term to meet quotas & build pipeline in the future.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a previous sales role, with proven track record of closing deals & meeting quota
  • Desire to smash quotas and goals, and continually raise the bar for your performance
  • You want to build a career in sales and be responsible for growing a business
  • Hubspot CRM/Salesforce experience and a marketing or SaaS background all are beneficial
