The role
You’ll be responsible for building our team globally across all functions, including sales, customer success, marketing, product, engineering and operations. You’ll have a proven track record of filling these roles at all levels - including junior, mid, senior and executive (ideally for a B2B SaaS technology company, however not required). We also are open to recruiters with an agency model who are looking to leave the dark side (we won’t hold this against you). This is a critical role as you’ll be the face of Audience Republic, and in many cases the first touchpoint that a future hire has with us.

Source candidates for open & future positions: Build pools of talent for open & future roles so we always have quality candidates to reach out to
Build candidate pipeline: always keep a warm pipeline of candidates to anticipate future needs for candidates by building relationships, so we’re quickly able to fill roles when they open.
Proactively reach out to candidates: reach out to candidates to build relationships to gauge interest in open & future roles. Treat candidates with respect and build genuine relationships.
Write job descriptions & advertisements: work with internal teams to write job descriptions and list advertisements on job boards
Manage the recruitment process end to end: Design, plan and execute recruitment processes - including conducting interviews and screening calls, candidate tests, reference checks etc). Ensure that departments are conducting the recruitment process in a timely manager, with open and clear communication with the candidate and internally.
Systemise the recruitment process for key roles: Work with departments to ensure we’ve have established & follow a defined playbook to recruit key roles, including ideal candidate profiles, question templates etc.
Own the candidate experience: Ensure that the candidate experience is great for successful and unsuccessful candidates.
Employee referral programs: Build and manage an employee referral program to encourage referrals of top talent.
Employer branding & marketing: Work with our marketing team to create collateral to help candidates get an understanding of what it’s like to work at Audience Republic. Scale our recruitment efforts with content marketing, paid social ads and press.
