Growth Marketing Manager
We are looking for a true all-rounder Growth Marketing Manager at Audience Republic.
Audience Republic is an all-in-one marketing platform for events, venues and artists. Our customers are some of the largest names in the world — including events featuring artists like Justin Bieber, Post Malone, Elton John, RUFUS DU SOL, ODESZA, Flume, Marshmello.
We are a fast growth, Series A stage B2B SaaS technology startup, and have raised $10m in funding from top VCs including Artesian Capital, Stormbreaker Ventures and Ten13.
This is a rare opportunity to be joining at a key inflection point, play a critical part in scaling up and growing Audience Republic to an iconic company.
What will you do? 💥
Paid advertising - Running paid advertising (social, search, retargeting) campaigns including copywriting, creative, planning & ROI measurement to generate demand & capture demand to drive revenue.
Organic social - Own our organic social channels (Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook), regularly posting, engaging with our followers.
Write content - Create blog articles, ebooks, case studies that resonate with our audience of event organizers, venues and music industry professionals.
Video - Creating & editing videos for snippets to be used across organic and paid channels, as well as YouTube, as well as writing compelling headlines & creating converting thumbnails.
Graphic Design - you aren’t expected to be a designer, but you will need to jump into Figma or Photoshop to create basic social assets etc.
Create marketing materials for our sales team - 1st call decks, demo sequence, competitor tear sheets, objection handling and case studies.
Press - engaging with journalists and distributing press releases to secure stories in industry and tech publications (no experience required, we can teach you if you have no experience here).
Your are someone who:
Motivated with high energy and high capacity, and continually smash targets, continually raising the bar for your performance.
You are a true all rounder and able to execute yourself, and not rely on a team or large budgets for freelancers/agencies.
Capable of doing more with less, with a true startup mentality. You have hands-on skills, and are comfortable jumping into Figma/Photoshop, Keynote, editing a video or writing an article for our blog.
Not just a thinker but a doer. You understand that it's 1% strategy and 99% execution — not the other way around.
Outcome orientated, measuring what you do based on metrics like revenue, new opportunities created and MQLs, as well as leading indicator metrics.
Knows it takes grunt work to build a startup. If you're precious or think any task is below you — then this role is not for you.
