Audience Republic is on the hunt for a commercially minded Finance Director to set and execute the finance strategy and create a finance function that scales! Reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff, this is a great opportunity to join a great operations team and support the growth of our amazing finance manager.

🔥 What will you do?

• Grants - proactively sourcing government grants, and successfully securing government grant funding

• Metrics - Provide deep working insights into key operating metrics to support core business decision making

• Investor and Board communications- support our COS to provide monthly insights and updates to our Investors and Board

• Forecasting and Budgeting - collaborating with management & departments on setting and managing spend and budgeting

• Be a supportive leader to our finance manager who owns the day to day finance responsibilities and has a deep passion for process improvement across the business

✅ You are someone who

• Has SUPER HUMAN level attention to detail but understands the bigger picture to support the COS and CEO with commercial insights

• Has a strong finance background and understands the requirements of running a great Saas finance function

• Has a can do attitude & gets things done- this is a roll your sleeves up role and we are all expected to do what it takes to support the internal operations of the business

• Self directed learner & able to pick things up quickly

• Wants to build something that is scalable! Manual processes slow us down- we love to automate and enable a great experience for our customers and team members
